Spring 2019

SPRING IS HERE !!!  I don’t know about you, but I am certainly ready to get out, stretch my legs and feel some sunshine on my face!  Walking with friends, digging in one of my flower beds or just sitting around a fire … I like being outside! 

 You will have several opportunities to join me in just such an endeavor.  Beginning with May we travel to Manitowoc, in June we tour Chicago’s Chinatown, in August sail aboard the Betty Lou in Madison,  and in September we wander the historic Pullman Train District in Chicago.

 Those who have traveled with me for any length of time understand I like to take the road less traveled and look for productions that are different.  If that sounds like you, we may be “kindred spirits”!  But do me a favor, please do not wait to register for a trip.  Twice in 2019 I cancelled trips because of low registrations, only to receive a flurry of calls two weeks later.  If you see something you would like to do - don’t wait … CALL ME!

As this goes to print I still have room for you to join our  April outing to enjoy “The Secret Comedy of Women”.  Men are certainly welcome to join the evening, and I would even buy the gentleman who does a drink!  In May you will see a program change - the “Moon River & Me” was cancelled due to health concerns of Jimmy Osmond, but I am excited about the replacement … “Liza & Judy”.  Look inside for details.
