I knew my luck could not hold out much longer and today was the day I cashed in my chips. The day was gloomy, then rainy, then we experienced hale, sleet and snow! NO LIE! All in one day, as we wandered Wisconsin. But every time we arrived at our next destination the sky would clear so everyone stayed dry! Quite amazing. Our morning began at the Von Stiehl Winery in Algoma with a bit of wine, light refreshments and a tour of this historic building and business. I bought four bottles of wine myself which I have already shared one with a group that I play sheepshead with. A delightful bottle of Autumn Riesling which we all enjoyed. Onward to Cheesecake Heaven in Green Bay for a delicious lunch which was interestingly enough at the doorstep of Lambeau Field. Wilmar Chocolates was our next stop.  Besides their fine chocolates, I took home a few caramel apples.  Tom Dooley’s Orchard & Bakery in Waupun was our last stop for anything baked with apples. All in all, it was an enjoyable day with many enjoyable people. THANK YOU!
